Sue brings more than 20 years of talent scouting and acquisition experience to TalentScout.
As owner and principal, she works alongside Nic to provide the personal recruitment partnership at the heart of our business.

Coaching has been part of that work for many years. Through First Job Coaching, Nic helps young people develop practical job-search skills and the confidence to use them.

TalentScout has been assisting young people to find careers, jobs and direction for many years.
First Job Coaching brings that practical support to school leavers, graduates and young people entering the trades—from identifying opportunities and preparing a CV to practising employer conversations and following through.
Parents can fund the coaching. The young person takes ownership of their job search.
