We’ll discuss the referral and relevant opportunities. The reward depends on a qualifying permanent placement and all the programme conditions being met.
Referral programme conditions
Before you
make an introduction.
- The referred candidate must be successfully placed with a client and complete a 3-month guarantee period for permanent positions.
- This referral program is only open to New Zealand residents.
- Candidates must be informed of the referral and give their consent.
- Candidates should not already be listed in TalentScout’s database.
- Candidates need to secure a job within 6 months of the referral.
